Independent Tennessee voices, working together
TSFA is a statewide coalition of member retailers, industry partners, legal-age adult consumers, and advocates who believe policy works better when people affected by it can participate in the public process.
One shop can raise a concern. A statewide association can carry that concern to the Capitol.

Adult 21+ Advocates

Science and responsibility
Evidence should guide the conversation
We support policy that recognizes differences in product risk, communicates honestly about nicotine, and focuses smoke-free alternatives on adults 21+ who smoke.
E-cigarettes are not risk-free and are not for youth or people who have never used tobacco. For adults 21+ who smoke, any potential benefit depends on completely substituting e-cigarettes for combustible cigarettes. No e-cigarette has been approved by the FDA as a smoking cessation aid.
